The NERP Dual Speed Series of electric chain hoists from Harrington come equipped with a push/pull trolley and an under the cover variable frequency drive, providing exceptional load control and field adjustable two speeds with up to a 12:1 speed ratio. Key features include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, which utilizes a current driven electromagnetic brake that engages only when the motor is energized, a grade 80 nickel plated load chain, and a variable frequency drive that allows for speed adjustability along with integral hour count functionality to record and display the number of lowering starts and hoist operational time. The design includes a 5 pocket load sheave to minimize vibration and extend chain life, a cooler motor and brake thanks to the fan cooled motor, and low profile upper and lower limit switches, along with plug-in pendant and power supply cords. Hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, built to be environmentally friendly in accordance with RoHS requirements, and exceed ASME H4 duty rating. Each hoist comes with a test certificate verifying that it has been factory load tested to 125% of its rated capacity, in accordance with ASME B30.16.
