The NER series of electric chain hoists from Harrington are engineered with advanced technology to ensure high quality and low headroom while delivering reliable performance in various working environments. The kit includes features such as "The Guardian" smart brake technology, which incorporates a current-driven electromagnetic brake that remains engaged until the motor is energized; a grade 80 nickel plated load chain; a count hour meter that records and displays lowering starts and hoist operation time; a 5 pocket load sheave designed to minimize vibration and prolong chain life; and a cooler motor and brake facilitated by a fan-cooled motor. Additionally, the hoists are equipped with low profile upper and lower limit switches and plug-in pendant and power supply cords. Each hoist is UL listed to UL 1340, complies with RoHS requirements, and exceeds ASME H4 duty rating. A test certificate is included with each hoist, confirming that it has been factory load tested to 125% of its rated capacity in accordance with ASME B30.16.
