The Ner Dual Speed series of electric chain hoists from Harrington feature an under the cover variable frequency drive that enables exceptional load control with user-adjustable two speeds, achieving up to a 12:1 speed ratio. Key features include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, a current-driven electromagnetic brake designed to remain engaged until the motor is activated, a grade 80 nickel plated load chain, and a variable frequency drive for speed adjustability, which also includes integral hour counting functionality to record and display the number of lowering starts and hoist operational time. The hoists are equipped with a 5-pocket load sheave to minimize vibration and extend chain life, a fan-cooled motor that ensures cooler operation for both the motor and brake, low profile upper and lower limit switches, and plug-in pendant and power supply cords. These hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, environmentally friendly as they meet RoHS requirements, and they exceed the ASME H4 duty rating. Additionally, each hoist comes with a test certificate verifying that it has been factory load tested to 125% of its rated capacity, in accordance with ASME B30.16.
