The NER series of electric chain hoists from Harrington are engineered with cutting-edge technology, resulting in high-quality, low headroom, and full-featured hoists that ensure reliable performance in both routine and challenging working environments. The kit includes features such as "The Guardian" smart brake technology, a current-driven electromagnetic brake that only releases when the motor is energized, a grade 80 nickel-plated load chain, and a count hour meter that records and displays the number of lowering starts and hoist on time. Additionally, the hoists are equipped with a 5-pocket load sheave to reduce vibration and extend chain life, a fan-cooled motor for cooler operation of the motor and brake, low-profile upper and lower limit switches, as well as plug-in pendant and power supply cords. These hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, environmentally friendly meeting RoHS requirements, and exceed ASME H4 duty rating. Each hoist comes with a test certificate verifying that it has been factory load tested to 125% of its rated capacity, in compliance with ASME B30.16.
