The Nerm series of electric chain hoists from Harrington features advanced technology and a motorized trolley, ensuring high quality, low headroom, full-featured hoists and trolleys suitable for both routine and severe working environments. Key attributes of the hoist include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, a current-driven electromagnetic brake that only releases when the motor is energized, grade 80 nickel-plated load chain, a count hour meter that records lowering starts and hoist on time, a 5-pocket load sheave to minimize vibration and extend chain life, and a fan-cooled motor designed to maintain cooler operating conditions. Additional features consist of low-profile upper and lower limit switches along with plug-in pendant and power supply cords.
