This high-quality, low-headroom hoist is engineered for reliable performance in theaters, concert halls, arenas, and studios. The hoist meets stringent world standards, complying with German regulation BGV-D8 and CE declarations. It features the world's most reliable pull-rotor motor brake with a simple design and a 5-year warranty, eliminating the need for a brake coil or disc replacement. The unique chain guide ensures quiet and smooth operation, constructed from durable, heavy cast iron, while the sleek rounded body features rugged aluminum housing with no sharp edges and soft-grip handles. The low-profile upper and lower limit switches require no adjustments, maximizing travel while protecting the hoist. Designed to fit standard road cases, the hoist operates at speeds of 16 FPM for 1/2 and 1-ton models and 8 FPM for the 2-ton model. Its maintenance-free grease-packed gearbox eliminates the need for oil changes, and the nickel-plated load chain meets DIN and EN 818-7 standards, with an optional black chain available. The friction clutch, made from carbon friction material, ensures consistent performance across a wide temperature range.
