The 2245 standard size (15" W) letter boxes are designed for recessed mounting and provide U.S.P.S. access, making them ideal for apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings, and various other applications. Constructed from extruded aluminum, these units feature a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, brass, bronze, sandstone, and green. The overall unit dimensions are 15" W x 19" H x 6-3/4" D, with a rough opening requirement of 13-3/4" W x 17-3/4" H x 6-3/4" D. They fit into the rough opening and can be secured using mounting hardware (not included) through the back or side panels. Each unit includes a fully integrated flanged collar that fits over the rough opening, and the heavy-duty doors are constructed of 1/4" thick aluminum, providing access from the front. Additionally, the letter boxes feature an 11-1/2" W x 3/4" H mail slot, ensuring convenience and functionality.
