The 2245 standard size (15") letter boxes are designed for recessed mounting with private access, making them suitable for a variety of applications including colleges, schools, private postal centers, corporate mail centers, military bases, and government agencies. Constructed from extruded aluminum, these letter boxes feature a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, brass, bronze, sandstone, and green. The unit dimensions are 15" W x 19" H x 6-3/4" D, with a rough opening size of 13-3/4" W x 17-3/4" H x 6-3/4" D. They fit securely into a rough opening and can be mounted using hardware (not included) through the back or side panels, while a fully integrated flanged collar fits over the rough opening. The letter boxes also include an 11-1/2" W x 3/4" H mail slot and feature doors made of heavy-duty 1/4" thick aluminum, accessed from the front. Each box comes equipped with a commercial lock and includes two keys for security.
