The Tripp Lite SmartPro line interactive UPS with enhanced LCD interface provides network-grade power protection for critical server, network, and telecommunications equipment. This line interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) features built-in auto-voltage regulation (AVR) that actively corrects brownouts and over-voltages, ensuring a full battery charge in case of power failure. Designed for exceptionally poor-power environments, it includes two separate levels of voltage boost to manage both slight under-voltages and severe brownouts. The interactive LCD interface reports UPS operating mode and site-power data while allowing for various UPS setup and configuration options. It offers super-fast switchover from line to battery power within milliseconds, maintaining operation of connected equipment without interruption. With a 96% line-mode efficiency, it reduces heat emissions and operating costs. The UPS supports network management through USB, RS-232, and a pre-installed SNMPWEBCARD network interface. The HID-compliant USB interface allows integration with built-in power management and auto shutdown features of Windows and Mac OS X. Additionally, network communications ports enable monitoring of equipment load levels, self-test data, and utility power conditions. The kit includes PowerAlert monitoring software and complete cabling, while switched output load banks provide scheduled and real-time remote reboot and load shedding of select outlets. It also features an Emergency Power Off (EPO) interface, a rotating LCD display panel for easy viewing in rackmount or tower configurations, an audible alarm with a push-button momentary alarm-cancel, and silent-mode configuration options. The UPS has a programmable self-test and field-replaceable, hot-swappable battery modules. The model SM3000RMXLNTAA offers a capacity of 3000VA / 3KVA and comes in a 2U rack/tower form factor.
