The Mayne plastic mail post kit features a unique New England style that embodies the timeless charm of the East Coast, designed for easy installation over a standard 4x4 wood post. Constructed from high-quality 100% polyethylene with built-in UV inhibitors, this product offers long-lasting protection from the elements. The kit includes a decorative post and two mailbox support arms with paper holders, shipping in two boxes (standard post MP5802BK and two paper holder arms MP5811BK). It is recommended for medium mailboxes with a minimum width of 6 1/2 inches and is best suited for mailboxes weighing less than 8 lbs. Note that the 4x4 wood post, mailbox, and mailbox mounting hardware are not included. The inset panel dimensions of the paper holder are 10" x 3.5", while the inside dimensions of the paper holder measure 12" x 5.5" x 4.5". Optional accessories include a Mayne no-dig ground screw and a solar cap add-on available in white or black. The product is proudly made in the USA and comes with a 15-year warranty for residential applications and a 5-year warranty for commercial applications.
