Wildeck® industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines) offer an efficient solution to maximize existing overhead space, allowing for the creation of valuable working, office, storage, or manufacturing areas at a reduced cost compared to new construction. These platforms are constructed with 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns, featuring 12" base plates and a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. The kit includes a roof deck made of 20 gauge painted white material and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units comply with industry standards and regulations, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Staircases, handrails, landings, and swing gates are sold separately, and additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic designs.
