The mezzanine features robust construction with 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns and 12" base plates, supporting a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. The package includes a 20-gauge painted white roof deck and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units conform to stringent industry standards, meeting OSHA, BOCA, UBC, and ADA requirements. Furthermore, additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings or special seismic designs, ensuring that specific customer needs are met with tailored designs.
