Wildeck® industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines) are engineered to optimize existing overhead space, enabling efficient and profitable operation by creating valuable working, office, storage, or manufacturing areas. The platforms are constructed with 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns and feature 12" base plates with a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. Each platform includes a roof deck made of 20 gauge painted white and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units comply with strict industry standards and adhere to OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Administration, BOCA Building Officials and Code Administrators, UBC Uniform Building Code, and ADA Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. It is important to note that additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic designs, and that staircases, handrails, landings, and swing gates are sold separately.
