The Wildeck® industrial steel mezzanine measures 21' - 7"W x 31' - 5"D with a 9'H clearance, designed to maximize overhead space for improved operational efficiency and profitability. It features 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns with 12" base plates, providing a 125 PSF uniform live load capacity. The kit includes a roof deck made of 20 gauge painted white and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units comply with stringent industry standards and certifications, meeting OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements. It is important to note that additional charges may be incurred for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic design.
