The Wildeck® industrial steel mezzanine measures 32' - 2" W x 31' - 5" D with a clearance of 9' H, designed to optimize existing overhead space for enhanced efficiency in various operational settings. This mezzanine is constructed using 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns paired with 12" base plates, supporting a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. The package includes a roof deck made of 20 gauge painted white and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units are compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. Additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic design.
