Wildeck® industrial steel mezzanine measures 32' - 2"W x 31' - 5"D x 10'H clearance, designed to maximize existing overhead space for enhanced operational efficiency and profitability. This industrial steel work platform features 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns with 12" base plates, providing a robust construction with a 125 PSF uniform live load capacity. The kit includes a roof deck made of 20-gauge painted white material and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units comply with stringent industry standards, meeting OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Administration, BOCA Building Officials and Code Administrators, UBC Uniform Building Code, and ADA Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. Additionally, it’s important to note that additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic design requirements.
