The product is a 24 gauge galvanized steel double panel door and frame with a mill finish, designed for long-lasting durability. It features 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame, ensuring a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame is equipped with 5/8" notched knock over tabs, while the door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation compressed to 1". An aluminum continuous piano hinge is included for added strength and functionality. The outside flange dimensions measure 6" wide x 6" high, and the return flange dimensions are 4-3/4" wide x 5/8" deep x 4-3/4" high. The color finish of the door is silver, and it includes 1 latch for security.
