This insulated door kit is constructed of a 24 gauge galvanized steel double panel door and frame with a mill finish, ensuring long-lasting durability. It features 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame, providing a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame includes 5/8" notched knock-over tabs, while the door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation that compresses to 1". The assembly includes an aluminum continuous piano hinge, and the outside flange dimensions measure 8" wide x 8" high, with return flange dimensions of 6-3/4" wide x 5/8" deep x 6-3/4" high. The color finish is silver and the door is equipped with 1 latch.
