The kit includes a 24 gauge galvanized steel double panel door and frame with a mill finish, designed for long-lasting durability. It features a 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame, ensuring a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame is equipped with 5/8" notched knock over tabs, while the door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation that is compressed to 1". Additionally, the door incorporates an aluminum continuous piano hinge. The outside flange dimensions measure 10" wide x 10" high, and the return flange dimensions are 8-3/4" wide x 5/8" deep x 8-3/4" high. The color finish is silver, and the door features one latch for security.
