The steel fire rated access door is designed for both walls and ceilings and features an insulated door panel. It comes with a UL 90-minute label for walls, allowing for a maximum temperature rise of 250 degrees after 30 minutes, and has been tested for up to 3 hours in ceiling applications. This unit carries a Warnock Hersey rating specifically for ceilings. It is equipped with a self-latching mechanism and includes one latch. The access door is finished in white and has outside flange dimensions of 14"W x 14"H, while the return flange dimensions are 12-1/8"W x 12-1/8"D x 2-9/16"H.
