The steel fire-rated access door is designed for installation in walls and ceilings, featuring an insulated door panel and a UL 90-minute label for walls with a maximum temperature rise of 250 degrees after 30 minutes. The unit has been tested for up to 3 hours in ceiling applications and carries a Warnock Hersey rating for ceilings. It includes self-latching mechanisms with 2 latches, and comes in a white finish. The outside flange dimensions are 26"W x 38"H, while the return flange dimensions measure 24-1/8"W x 36-1/8"D x 2-9/16"H.
