The aluminum roof hatch is designed to provide convenient, economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing, 12" high curb and features a staple for a padlock on both the inside and outside. The kit is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, along with one latch. The hatch has a mill finish and measures 32" W x 32" H for the outside flange dimensions, while the return flange dimensions are 24" W x 12" D x 24" H.
