The aluminum roof hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing, 12" high curb and features a staple for a padlock located on both the inside and outside. Additionally, it is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, accompanied by one latch. The hatch comes in a mill finish, with outside flange dimensions measuring 32" W x 44" H and return flange dimensions of 24" W x 12" D x 36" H.
