The aluminum roof hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing, 12" high curb and features a padlock staple on both the inside and outside. The kit is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, along with one latch. It comes in a mill finish, with outside flange dimensions of 38" W x 44" H and return flange dimensions of 30" W x 12" D x 36" H.
