The aluminum roof hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing, 12" high curb and features a staple for a padlock on both the inside and outside. The roof hatch is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, along with one latch. It has a mill finish and dimensions of 56" W x 56" H for the outside flange and 48" W x 12" D x 48" H for the return flange.
