The Steel Roof Hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit features an insulated, self-flashing 12" high curb and includes a staple for a padlock on both the inside and outside. It is equipped with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, ensuring ease of use. The hatch is fitted with a self-latching zinc plated outside T handle and an inside stainless steel slam lock with 1 latch. It comes in a gray finish with outside flange dimensions of 32" W x 32" H and return flange dimensions of 24" W x 12" D x 24" H.
