The steel roof hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing 12" high curb and a staple for a padlock located on both the inside and outside. Additionally, each unit is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, along with a self-latching zinc plated outside T handle and an inside stainless steel slam lock with one latch. The hatch features a gray finish and has outside flange dimensions of 56" W x 56" H, while the return flange dimensions are 48" W x 12" D x 48" H.
