The drywall access door is designed specifically for installation in drywall walls and ceilings after the drywall has been installed. It features a perforated door flange that serves as a taping bead, complete with pre-punched holes for easy installation. The door panel is formed with flanges on all four sides to ensure smooth operation without binding, sagging, or distortion. The access door includes one latch and comes in a white finish. The outside flange dimensions measure 18-4/7"W x 18-4/7"H, while the return flange dimensions are 16-1/8"W x 1-7/8"D x 16-1/8"H.
