Robertshaw's 41-400 Series Norton hot surface ignitors provide reliable ignition for various heating systems including furnaces, boilers, rooftop heaters, infrared burners, unit heaters, and water heaters. These ignitors are constructed from high-purity recrystallized silicon carbide (CRYSTAR™), offering a combination of physical and thermal strength along with stable electrical properties. Designed to reach ignition temperature within 17 seconds, the ignitors feature 18-gauge nickel chrome lead wires that are embedded and metalized for maximum holding strength and optimal electrical conductivity. The lead wires are insulated with a special high-temperature fiberglass for complete electrical protection. All models in the 41-400 Series operate at 120 VAC. Although some hot surface modules are rated for 208/240 volts input, they internally step the voltage down to 120 VAC for the ignitor. The product includes the ignitor with lead wires and complies with relevant industry certifications and standards. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
