The FSD series is a mixed flow centrifugal type exhaust/supply fan designed for moderate size ventilation applications, featuring a unique design that combines the high flow characteristics of axial designs with the higher pressure, non-overloading features of backward curved impellers. This fan includes permanently sealed, self-lubricating ball type motor bearings and a lightweight square design that provides a larger discharge area than tubular centrifugal or vane axial fans, resulting in reduced outlet velocities for quieter operation. Key features include a mixed flow impeller design that supports high flow with higher pressure and automatic reset thermal overload protection, 100% speed controllability, and the capability to handle airstream temperatures of up to 140° F. The fan is UL listed and AMCA certified, and it comes with a three-year warranty.
