The BSC Preferred Welding Strip Door is designed to enhance safety in welding environments by effectively blocking UV light emitted from welding arcs, as approved by OSHA. The kit includes 8" strips that provide a 50% overlap for quick installation, along with universal galvanized-steel mounting hardware for easy setup. With dimensions of 4'W x 6'H, the strips are intended for use as weld screen partitions, ensuring wide entrance-ways are adequately covered. The Weld-Tint compound used in the strips contains fire retardant additives and high levels of UV stabilizers to maintain their quality over time. It is important to note that for direct viewing during welding tasks, proper eye protection should always be utilized.
