The BSC Preferred Welding Strip Door is approved by OSHA to block UV light emitted by welding arcs, creating a safer work environment. The kit includes an 8' high by 10' wide screen made from 8" strips that provide a 50% overlap for effective coverage. To facilitate quick installation, the package features BSC Preferred's exclusive Save-T Loc universal galvanized-steel mounting hardware. The strips are made with Weld-Tint compound, which includes fire retardant additives and high levels of UV stabilizers to maintain their quality over time. Proper eye protection should always be used for direct viewing.
