The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and the transportation of heavy-weight items. This innovative crate system features precisely machined individual panels crafted from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood. The design includes slots and interlocking edges that contribute to a strong assembly of the base, sides, and top. Assembly and disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates can be accomplished in under two minutes. The base construction consists of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction. Each crate is equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
