The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate design comprised of individual panels precisely machined using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. These panels incorporate slots and interlocking edges, allowing the base, sides, and top to fit together seamlessly for exceptional strength and stability. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates can be completed in less than two minutes. The crates are constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels and feature a base constructed of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, combined with impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. The crates are equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and have a maximum stacking load capacity of 50,000 lbs. All dimensions provided are the inside dimensions.
