The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with precisely machined individual panels. Made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, the construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all secured with bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Assembly and disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates take less than two minutes.
