The Sure-Lok® premium crates are recommended for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items. The kit includes individual panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, a base constructed from a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction for enhanced durability. Additionally, the system features Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and is designed to support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions, and assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes.
