The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate system with precisely machined individual panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood. The construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all secured through bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy duty clips, providing exceptional strength with a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Assembly and disassembly take less than two minutes, and the dimensions provided are the inside dimensions.
