The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and accommodating heavy weight items. This innovative crate system features precisely machined individual panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, ensuring exceptional strength through its unique design with slots and interlocking edges that allow for easy assembly and disassembly in under two minutes. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all secured with bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and have a maximum stacking load capacity of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions specified are the inside dimensions of the crates.
