The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and accommodating heavy weight items. The crate system features individual panels crafted from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, with a base construction that includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, reinforced with impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. Each crate is equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, ensuring secure assembly. The maximum stacking load capacity is 50,000 lbs, and the assembly or disassembly process for most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions, making the crates efficient for a variety of shipping needs.
