The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Wheel measures 6" x 1" x 1" with a fin 6S grit made from silicon carbide abrasive, designed for light deburring, polishing, and finishing. This smooth running, convolute-constructed wheel features a soft construction that reduces operator effort compared to harder wheels. It provides moderate conformability and density to maintain critical tolerances while delivering a fine polished finish, aided by a unique resin system that minimizes smearing and heat build-up. The open-web, non-woven nylon fiber construction runs cool and resists loading, reducing the risk of part discoloration and warping, extending wheel life.
