The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Multi-Finishing Wheel measures 6" x 1" x 1" and features a convolute construction designed for cleaning and final finishing of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and other metals. It incorporates silicon carbide abrasive, known for its sharpness and suitability for low-pressure applications such as paint preparation, providing superior finish despite breaking down faster than aluminum oxide. Available in coarse, medium, and fine grit grades, this wheel is ideal for producing #3 or #4 finishes on curved, contoured, and flat metal surfaces. Its open-web construction ensures cool running and resists loading, which minimizes part discoloration and warping while extending wheel life. Made with abrasives embedded in non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers, the product delivers consistent surface conditioning results throughout its life.
