The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ EXL Unitized Mounted Point B121 x 1/8" medium grit aluminum oxide is designed to lightly deburr, blend, and finish metal and plastic parts, especially small components with hard-to-reach areas. It is available in various ANSI shapes and sizes, making it suitable for light blending and deburring of smaller workpieces. The abrasive point is securely attached to a metal spindle for use with a die grinder, and its different abrasive sizes enable effective finishing of multiple parts. The product reduces the risk of smearing or blemishing surfaces and features a load-resistant nonwoven web that limits clogging of the nylon fibers, maintaining high cutting performance. The unitized construction compresses and cures multiple layers of abrasive material to create a tough, layered structure with higher density and durability, ensuring a consistent finish for small parts.
