The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ EXL Unitized Mounted Point W185 x 1/8" fin grit silicon carbide is designed for lightly deburring, blending, and finishing metal and plastic parts, particularly suitable for small parts with hard-to-reach areas. It is available in a variety of ANSI shapes and sizes, optimized for light blending and deburring of smaller workpieces. The abrasive point is securely fastened to a metal spindle for use with a die grinder, and the assortment of abrasive sizes allows effective finishing of various parts. The EXL Unitized Mounted Point features a nonwoven web that is load resistant, maintaining abrasive mineral cutting performance by limiting clogging of nylon fibers.
