The Scotch-Brite™ High Strength Disc is a general-purpose disc crafted from a durable, tough web designed for effective cleaning, deburring, denib/defuzzing, and achieving satin finishes. Its non-woven, open-web construction is resistant to loading and maintains a cool operation, ensuring consistent performance throughout the disc's life. The conformability of the disc allows it to effectively work on irregular surfaces and fit into tight areas without damaging the base material. This disc can be utilized individually or stacked on a straight shaft tool or bench motor for conditioning larger areas, including bar grates, louvers, vents, and tracks. The Scotch-Brite™ features abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon fibers, creating an abrasive system that ensures consistent results for the product's lifespan. Its load-resistant open-web material minimizes clogging, enhancing the cutting performance of the abrasive minerals.
