The Scotch-Brite™ finishing flap brush is constructed from sections of non-woven material slit lengthwise and bonded to a cylindrical core, designed for improved consistency and greater control over critical prep and finishing tasks. It is ideal for polishing and achieving aesthetic finishes, including brushed surfaces on copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. The brush features soft density and med/fine/very fine abrasive grades that create brushed surfaces without compounds, offering more surface contact than traditional bristle-type brushes. It continuously supplies fresh abrasives for consistent, uniform finishes, while the non-woven web is load and heat resistant, ensuring fine finishing results on various materials. The brush is suitable for applications such as blending, contour finishing, deburring, flat areas, flat finishing, and polishing.
