The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 7' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-38-3-7 features a 1.9" diameter and a 38" between frame, utilizing lineshaft driven live roller technology for efficient material handling. This conveyor employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, facilitating the accumulation of light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) with minimal back pressure. It operates at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute and is designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. The construction includes 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers, and it measures 7' in length with one support for a 36" top of roller. The unit is a slaved component, requiring coupling to a separate drive section, which is sold separately; it is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths per motor configuration are 40 feet for a ½ HP motor, 60 feet for a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet for a 1 HP motor. Suitable conditions for optimal performance include clean, dry, and oil-free environments.
