The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 90 Degree Slave Curve LSSC1.9X16-22-3-90-T features a 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" diameter with a 22" between frame. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor operates utilizing rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product movement. The design enables the driveshaft to run the full length of the conveyor, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt. When back pressure is applied, the spools driving the rollers will slip on the driveshaft, facilitating product accumulation with minimal back pressure. It is optimal for conveying light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute (FPM) and is best suited for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads, ideal in environments such as distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The unit includes a 90-degree curve, 22" between frame, and 2-1/2" diameter to 1-11/16" zinc-plated tapered rollers on 3" centers, along with two supports for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit that needs to be coupled to a drive section sold separately to operate, and it is only compatible with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths for a single drive section are 40 feet for a ½ HP motor, 60 feet for a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet for a 1 HP motor.
