The Omni Metalcraft LINESHAFT 5' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-38-3-5 features a 1.9" diameter and a 38" between frame design. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, facilitating an efficient conveyance system. The conveyor operates with a driveshaft that runs the full length, transmitting power to rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing for accumulation with minimal back pressure when light products (up to 15 lbs/roller) are conveyed at speeds of 25-120 feet per minute. It is specifically designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments, ideally functioning in clean, dry, oil-free conditions. The conveyor measures 5' long and includes 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers, along with one support for a 36" top of roller. Please note that this item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a separately sold drive section, and slaved and driven sections will only couple to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can handle are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor.
