The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 90 Deg. Slave Curve LSSC1.9X16-18-3-90-T features a 2-1/2"-1-11/16" diameter and an 18" between frame measurement, designed for lineshaft driven live roller conveyors, which utilize independently driven rollers powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates by a driveshaft that extends the full length, transmitting power to the rollers through a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation with minimal back pressure. This system is optimal for conveying light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute, suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads in environments such as distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The design includes a 90-degree curve, 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" zinc-plated tapered rollers on 3" centers, and two supports for a 36" top of roller height. This is a slaved unit that requires coupling to a separately sold drive section, and it is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. Maximum run lengths for a single drive section vary based on motor size, with a ½ HP motor capable of driving up to 40 feet, a ¾ HP motor up to 60 feet, and a 1 HP motor up to 80 feet.
