The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 10' slave conveyor (LSSS1.9X16-38-3-10) features a length of 10 feet and a frame width of 38 inches, with rollers measuring 1.9 inches in diameter made of 16 gauge galvanized steel positioned on 3-inch centers. This conveyor operates using a lineshaft-driven live roller system, where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The design allows for back pressure to enable product accumulation with minimal resistance. Ideal for handling light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds of 25-120 feet per minute, it caters well to flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. The conveyor includes two supports for a 36-inch top of roller height, and it is important to note that this is a slaved unit that must be coupled with a compatible drive section, sold separately. Maximum run lengths for a single drive section are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
